      Do you offer Free Shipping?

      We are currently offering Free Shipping on orders over $75!

      Can I expedite my delivery?

      Yes. Please see the shipping upgrades in the shipping section at checkout. Shipping upgrade costs will depend on location. 

      Where is my order?

      Each customer will get a tracking number in a confirmation email once their item has shipped. Once the package is shipped, it is in the postal services hands. We can try to help you locate your package, but reach out to the shipping service first as they can give you a more accurate location of where it is. 

      How do I make an Exchange?

      We at B.U.M. Equipment Clothing want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We currently do not accept returns, but can offer "exchanges" for store credit only. No Exceptions.

      To exchange an item for store credit, please contact us Here within 7 days of the delivery date as shown on shipment tracking to request an exchange. Please fill out the form with your order number and item to exchange then place form inside of your package. Once we receive your item in original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, we will start to process your exchange for store credit. Please note, store credit may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving the item to be processed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchanges/returns.       How do I find my size?

      To the side of each product contains a photo of a size guide. We recommend looking at the size guide, especially with Unisex apparel.

      The item I want is sold out, can I still place an order for it?
